Kassidy Linde havahtui eräänä päivänä siihen, että hänen ensimmäisen raskautensa jälkeen hän painoi yli 115 kiloa. Linde päätti muuttaa elämäntapansa ja alkaa laihduttamaan. Linde on kertonut, että muutoksen tekeminen ei ollut helppoa, mutta tulokset motivoivat häntä kuitenkin jatkamaan.
Nyt nainen kertoi Good Housekeeping -kanavan jakamalla videolla kuusi ohjetta, joiden avulla hän onnistui omassa elämäntapamuutoksessaan ja laihdutti 68 kiloa puolessatoista vuodessa.
1. Tee treenisuunnitelma, joka sisältää viisi treeniä viikossa.
2. Syö lähinnä kanaa, tonnikalaa, kalkkunaa, hedelmiä, kasviksia ja täysjyvää.
3. Kun syöt terveellisesti, älä laske kaloreita.
4. Valmista tulevan viikon lounaat sunnuntai-iltana.
5. Juo paljon vettä.
6. Julkaise kuvia tuloksistasi julkisesti pitääksesi motivaatiota yllä.
This is probably the realist thing that I am about to say, so listen up friends! THIS IS HARD! It's hard to stay focused. It's hard to not eat a bunch of crap when you're constantly around a bunch of crap! It's hard to force yourself to do cardio. It's hard to motivate yourself to get up and go reach your goals that seem so far away. And on top of that, it's hard to look in the mirror and not see the results right away. Summer is starting, I'm planning a wedding, my Rheumatoid Arthritis has been flaring up , and honestly I would rather drink some beer. My mind is NOT 100% focused on strict diet and and THATS OKAY! I've been putting in about 75% and I've been just fine. I've even gained a few pounds (some hopefully being muscle 😂!) No one is perfect and if you think you're going to start a lifestyle change and never make mistakes , you're wrong. I always say that anything is better than nothing! The picture on the left, I had already lost a significant amount of weight. And honestly. I remember how good I felt ! If I would've settled, I would still be there today. Don't ever be complacent . There is always something you can do to better yourself. Go out & live your life to the fullest! Be the best.

On day 1 , did I think I would end up here? Absolutely not! But I took it one day at a time. 1 pound at a time. 1 meal at a time. 2 years later and I have lost 130 pounds, found a passion for my career and completely changed my lifestyle! We work and work and work and still don't see the results we are working towards! Think about your hair. Can you physically WATCH it grow? Absolutely not. But every single day, it grows just a tiny amount and within a couple months , you notice some serious growth! Just because you can't see it with the naked eye , does NOT MEAN it's not happening. I always say, pushing through on your hardest days are the days that count the most!
