Lapsimissin perhe esiintyy uudessa Mama June: From Not to Hot – Family Crisis -realitysarjassa. Televisio-ohjelman tarkoituksena on auttaa ongelmissa rypevää perheenäitiä. Hän yrittää saada apua huumeongelmiinsa, repsahtaneeseen kuntoonsa ja suhteeseen lastensa kanssa.

Naisen aiempi ja kova laihdutusurakka katosi taivaan tuuliin hänen tavattuaan nykyisen poikaystävänsä ja narkkari Geno Doakin. June Shannon haluaa kuitenkin elämänsä takaisin raiteilleen ja hän on ryhtynyt kuntoilemaan. Lisäksi hän mainostaa realityjulkkisten suosimaa BoomBodia sosiaalisessa mediassa.
