Naisia saatetaan mediassa syyttää miesten huijaamisesta meikkaamalla itsensä näyttämään aivan muulta kuin mitä he ovat. Meikkaavia naisia on moitittu useaan otteeseen vihjailemalla, että he meikkaavat vain peittääkseen epävarmuutensa ja halutakseen näyttää joltain muulta kuin mitä he ovat.

I just watched this video and I was honestly moved. Sometimes people say "why do you wear makeup all the time your pretty". I wear makeup because it makes me happy. I don't wear it for boys or because I hate the way I look. I use it for fun and I think this video is so powerful nikkie talks about how people say she looks like a different person without make and I personally think she's absolutely stunning both ways. Makeup has no rules that's why I love it and have so much because it makes me feel happy and more confident. Wearing a half a ton of makeup is a bad thing if it makes you happy then wear it. I think nikkie did a amazing job with the video and shows the real power of makeup. And what it can do. I wanted to rant but the view on makeup has changed so much over time. I highly recommend you watch the video and subscribe because she's amazing at doing makeup and so funny. But just watch video and it'll change your view on makeup and make you think.
